We have lived all around the country and taken our dogs to many vet clinics, but this one has to be the best one we have ever been to. First of all, despite the media coverage that Florida doesn't take COVID seriously, this clinic does an amazing job with COVID precautions. They come out to pick up/drop off your pets and handle everything via phone - including the vet calling to explain everything. Super convenient and very safe. Dr. Pawluk should be a model case study for vet and medical students in excellent bedside manners. She patiently walks through the review of your pet's medical visit, explaining everything in depth in a way a non-science/medical person can easily understand. I trust both my little one's health in her and the staff's hands.

We came here based on a recommendation from 2 friends. We are planning to cruise in our boat to the Bahamas for a year or so. We needed cat permits. The vets here were so kind to us and our pets. They understood what needed to be filled out forb paperwork for the cats to get in the country. Highly recommend.

As a new patient I felt comfortable taking my dog, Angel, to Island Hammock veterinary hospital. She received excellent care from Dr. Keiko and staff and I felt that Angel was comfortable there and was well taken care of. I will definitely return there for her canine needs.
