This wonderful boardwalk is easily accessible to anyone who wants a fresh breeze and beautiful water views. Very popular, you can always run into a friendly face.

It’s a wonderful place to take a walk and breath fresh air and look at the water and all the ducks and people fishing or crabbing around on the docks. Beautiful views and gorgeous old 1900s houses all around to look at including really nice cars. Lots of families with children and people with dogs. Right now they are fixing the road so it’s partially closed but the water is still gorgeous and it feels just right being one the boardwalk and doing a bit of an exercise. I definitely recommend this area and this boardwalk to come and relax or exercise.

Island Heights is a great place to sit and enjoy the Toms River. Two story building offers shade. The boardwalk is in good condition. Plenty of social distancing. Plenty of on the street parking.
