Dr. Helfner was very very helpful when I was having a healthcare issue on the weekend. She was on call (I am not one of her primary patients but am a patient of the healthcare network she works with, ENT & Allergy) and very helpful. She gave me time to really help address my issue and it was above and beyond. If her kindness and support during my experience with her is any indication of the care she gives to her primary patients, you are sure to be happy with choosing Dr. Helfner.

Dr. Helfner as well as the nurse that assisted in my appointment were amazing! They listened to my concerns and answered all questions I had. I felt very safe going into the office as it was very clean and adequately socially distanced. I was able to check in online so I didn’t have to touch anything upon arriving to the office. I was seen quickly and was very pleased with my appointment.

Dr. Laura C. Helfner, MD is the best! My daughter is 1.5 and has had a sever allergic reaction and I was told by previous doctors that it was not an allergy. Dr. Helfner was extremely thorough, asked a lot of questions and listened to everything I had to say. She diagnosed my child and we now know how to keep our baby safe. I can not thank Dr. Helfner enough and I highly recommend her!
