My car was damaged and covered up with the tree dust , I do not know how a local authority like hounslow Council use a company like complete tree care service . Really unprofessional staffs , working careless causing damages to other peoples properties. I urge the company head Office to hire professional staffs and work in a safe manner. I have no doubt these guys whom working for this company caused loads of damages to others. So if you see this company car near your house and a tree been cut down and your car covered with dust it means they have damaged your car . Luckily I found an eyewitness after putting a post around the tree where they have worked . No professional, I do not recommend at all .

The CTC team were excellent! Couldn't have asked for anything more. On time, great job. Great guys that did the pruning and tidied up after. Thanks to the guys that came. Certainly use CTC again.

The guys did an excellent job - turned up on time, found a parking space (an achievement in itself!) expertly pruned the tree, as requested and took all the waste away without fuss and were polite and courteous. I am a delighted customer.
