A member of staff at this branch booked me in for a photo shoot. On the day of shoot I got a call advising me that they don't actually have a studio and cancelled. Not impressed.
For three days I have been trying to pick up my photos which I ordered on their website. The website says that they work from 9am to 18pm and each time when I arrive, it's closed for an hour. They should inform about it on the website from what time they have a break. I already lost a lot of my time. In addition, the quality of the photos after printing is terrible.
