Doctors and midwives were professional and polite. But unfortunately the midwife allocated to us on the night our son was born was rude and inpatient.
Discrimination is the word I would like to use and I think they categorise patients from where you come from ? would say they all run around like headless chicken and they really don’t know what they do, not organised ? Or may b they don’t have enough of staff to handle things, been there for three days and saw a lot of drama happening around in the hospital, I would prefer a friendly place and friendly staff around when you are in a stressed situation , no one here seem to care about anything or anyone to be honest, I have had a sad experience altogether...many things to pen down more! I would rate very poor.
What an amazing team I had. I was scared about the comments. Ruby team thanks a lot for save my baby live at 31weeks of gestation. I dont have words thanks to NICU team as well. Hopefully soon I can visit. You are all in my
Gave birth to 2 daughters there. Love all the midwives and doctors. Couldn't be any better than at West Middlesex Hospital. Thank you all!
