Great afternoon learning how to make siu mai, wonton, jiao zi, xiao long bao... etc. we learnt so many different styles of dumplings, how to fill and seal them and best of all we got to eat them all. Carmen was a patient teacher and showed us all we needed to know then we got to relax drink jasmine tea and eat our delicious dumplings. Now to attempt these at home...
