ISO are such a wonderful company to work with! Our company had grown rapidly and putting structure in place is key to managing that growth. ISO must be a great company to work for as there is such a warm, helpful culture. Everyone is so friendly and when I speak to my account manager, Bird, it's just like calling a friend! The courses were really useful and again, all the tutors were engaging and just made it such a nice day! Lisa Dancer, our main ISO assessor has taught me so much. She knows every detail of our business now and goes out of her way to help me with things out of the ISO scope such as recruitment ideas, how best to train people, good customer service. I always look forward to the support sessions as I learn so much and it not only improves our company but I feel I have developed as a manager too. I could not recommend this wonderful company enough.
