We were staying at a guesthouse down the road and stumbled upon this restaurant on Google. I'd heard about chankonabe before and was really keen to try the Sumo dish and I can happily say it was a fantastic experience. Not only was the meal fantastic, but the service was outstanding as well. For the volume and quality of the food, the price was reasonable and it is definitely good value. If you're in the area, I strongly recommend checking it out. We will most definitely be back when we return to Tokyo.

ボリュームあるちゃんこは勿論、ガツ酢・肉じゃが・力士味噌などマスターの手をかけた料理はとても美味しい。そして、サイコロステーキや刺身等はマスターの目利きに感心する美味しさ！ 総括すると全て美味しい！！ 武骨なマスター、それも店の良さに思える。
宴会で利用。お鍋、料理、人柄と申し分なかったが、飲み放題のラストオーダーが知らされず、5分過ぎた後にホッピーの中を頼むとおばさんが、「もう終わったんで。」と言いサービスなどもなし、淡々と片付けを始めてとってもがっかり。
ちゃんこ鍋が美味しかったです。
