They are very good people. Been there several times and never had an issue. Don't get the negative reviews. I'm guessing those people with negative reviews are the ones that go to the consulate without being prepared. Like without providing the correct documents.

I’m so appalled. Trying to renew my mother’s passport who is in her 60’s. On the phone they say we have to wait till the 10th of the month at 8pm. Login to make an appointment at 8 and no days available at all at exactly 8pm how is that possible. Why do even bother opening you don’t want to help Italian citizens get their passport. Even travelled 3 hours to London to wait in the queue for 2 hours only to be turned away because we don’t have an appointment. Clearly you don’t want to work or even help people because you can’t be bothered I’m so disgusted. What an awful service!!!

It was a mess the day I went there. A huge queue, no social distance, two staff very rude, one is a blonde middle age woman and the other one a young girl. Fortunately a very nice girl who was inside was very helpful and was very patient and the gentleman who was behind the counter, very competent, patient and professional.

You stay all the day to find the way to book an appointment for the renewal of a passport, is ridiculous, since the morning I was trying through phone (only one hour a day!!!) or email or online, I was considered lucky that online booking is only 10th of evry month at 08:00 pm, I accessed the website at 08:00pm and I discovered that no booking available till the end of October, so I have to wait for my lucky 10/10 to see if there's booking for November!!!!!! Is it a problem of the website or the employees, you can buy a good website with a few mony and the booking can be available 24/7/365. Is shame
