Incompetent and unprofessional people, they don't respond to emails in a timely manner or simply will just ignore someone after exchanging correspondence. The management needs to be changed to more men, too many women in higher positions that lack basic respect and competency for these types of jobs.

Bait and Switch Crooks. Save yourself the frustration and find someone else. Raised my price by 24% days before my container was to be loaded. They quoted me a good price and then days before my container was to load, they raised my price by 810 or 24%, even though my quote was valid for 30 days and I was well within the 30 day period. Furthermore, I booked the load within days of getting the quote. Here is the real fraud: they claimed that they got hit by a GRI (general rate increase) but, when I asked other forwarders if there was a GRI they said no. DSV then submitted the GRI paperwork to me. Here is the funny part: They submitted a GRI letter that they had 9 days BEFORE they quoted my shipment. They increased my price 29 days after that GRI took effect and pretended that it was a GRI that was just announced. They literally waited until I had no other recourse but to agree to the increased rate and then sprung it on me. Monika, a manager from DSV, said \freight forwarders will tell you what you want to hear\ and that they are just liars and ironically that is exactly what DSV did and no one else. On top of all of this, they have delayed my container by 1 month without ever telling me that it didn't load onto the ship I booked. I specifically ordered this stuff in time to avoid the 25% tariff and told DSV that. They put me at financial risk without bothering to tell me that my container didn't load and would be delayed by 1 month. Luckily for me and DSV, the 25% tariff was delayed again. And, when I started pointing out their fraud, they told me that they wouldn't extend credit on my first 2 shipments even though they sent me a credit application. They raised my rate substantially on both of my shipments not just this 1. They committed a fraud against me and then treated me like I was the crook who wasn't going to pay his bills. Run from these crooks. Bait and Switch is their game.
