I came to see Dr. Lesniak's in Itasca and my first impression was very good. She is caring professional and, knowledgeable . I am happy to find her as my dentist. She explains everything clearly and her office is very up to date. She listens attentively to my concerns and willing and able to help me. She answered all my questions and I was really satisfied. I feel very comfortable with her because she performs her job with high quality. I recommend her to my family and friends.

I am giving Dr Lesniak's office one star because we spent the first 15-20 minutes of every appointment discussing payment. She never gave me a physical copy of the payment breakdown. If you questioned her about specific payments for services she was not clear. In addition to my dental insurance I payed her 3 large payments. I finally decided I could not go through with the major dental work because dealing with her became too much. Once I told her I was moving on, I paid a 35.00 fee to have my records sent over to a new dentist. She did not take care of this action immediately. I had to remind her over and over to follow through. Dr. Lesniak is a dentist, office manager, admin, and secretary. She does it all. I prefer an office where the dentist is just a dentist. The one star is based on her actions as an admin, secretary, office manager alone.
Very nice dentist. Very professional. Knows what she is doing. She is my dentist for my braces and i have been very happy with the results. Will recommend to my friends.

One of my front teeth has always been worn, almost looking chipped. This caused me to be more than a little self conscious when smiling, which I had only done with my cheeks. Thanks to Dr. Rose, I can be confident for the first time in years. Wonderful practice.
