We ordered dinner around 5:30pm 2/14/21 and were told to pull up to the door with no explanation after we paid at the drive up window. We also ordered food at the drive up window and were told to hold on multiple times which was very unprofessional. The guests who dined in could not get around my car with all the snow we had so I had to back up and pull forward twice. We waited 15 minutes (!!!) until my sister decided to go inside to see what happened to our food. They definitely forgot about our order! The team of all guys were just hanging out. They claimed our chicken sandwiches had just come out of the fryer. That was a lie. They were not fresh at all. This is definitely not the first time we have not received fresh food. In the past the woman manager/assistant manager has always given us the wrong order or shorted us and is honestly horrible at her job.This Wendy's is in need of new management. I love Wendy's in general and usually don't have many complaints at other locations but the Itasca location needs major improvement!!

All the workers were very patient with our 10 mobile orders. And then they gave my toddler a free frosty. Food was as expected
This is my go-to place. Good food. Good service. I use the rewards app...quite worthwhile. Best grilled chicken sandwich ever.
It never ceases to amaze me how easily my order gets screwed up. I told the employee I wanted 1 Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich and 4 Sausage, Eeg & Cheese sandwiches. This was reiterated TWICE and was correct in the screen. You gave me 5 Egg and Cheese sandwiches. Seriously, was that an overly difficult order to accomplish?!?!?!?!?!?!
Got a Berry Burst Salad. When I requested the chicken on the side the inexperienced clerk charged me for an additional side of chicken, which I fortunately caught. After the first few bites I could tell the lettuce was not very fresh, nor the strawberries. As well they forgot to put almonds in the salad. Quite a disappointing experience.
