Good delivery that goes as far as Trumansburg, maybe farther but I did it through Grubhub app. Really nice the Blueberry Coconut flavor of lemonade is normal colored, good flavor and in my opinion a plus it's not bright blue. Great menu varietycoupons

Three friends and I went to Luna's last night around 7pm. The menu looked nice and we hadn't tried the new location yet. Ordered homemade lemonades which were tasty and came out in around 15min. At about this time, a larger party of about 8 people was seated next to us. We waited a while, and perhaps around 7:30 our one appetizer came out. Then, at about 8pm, many of the entrees for the large nearby party arrived. Soon after, two of our entrees arrived. Both single bao buns, which we had rather expected to include multiple bao buns given the price ( \u003e 6). We waited and waited. 8:20ish the third entree arrives, and after much pleading with the waiters, we received our final entree at 8:45. 1 hour and 45 minutes to make a bowl of bulgogi. At this point, the table with the large party had already finished all of their meals. We had arrived BEFORE them and had fewer dishes. I truly don't understand why a restaurant would operate like this. The wait staff and the lemonades were lovely, but those were the only positive aspects of this experience. I understand that almost every table was full last night, but it's in Luna's best interest to serve customers in a timely and reasonable fashion. In addition, prices are quite high given the quality/quantity of food. I won't be returning anytime soon.
My group and I made a reservation for 7:30, but most of the table did not receive their food until 9:40. We had to request that our food be made three times, and even then we were given the wrong food and it was cold. Finally, once we got our cold, wrong orders, we were told that we had to leave in twenty minutes. The service was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant, and they make you tip upfront. We were promised a refund after talking to the manager but still have not received one.
Do not order delivery from here. I ordered a pizza at around 7PM, received a notification around 8PM it was out for delivery. The hour difference really didn't bother me because it was a major holiday. Another hour passes and I haven't received my food or any further communication. I call the restaurant, and someone (I assume the manager, back to him later) answers, and informs me the food I paid for was delivered to a different location. At no point did I receive a notification that the delivery would be delayed to admittedly what was their mistake. They tell me they're reamaking it which okay, fine accidents happen. I also didn't get a new ETA or any offer of recompense since it's over two hours since my initial order and my food was given to a total stranger. What. Ever. Another forty minutes passes and my food still isn't out for delivery. You think the restaurant giving my food to a different person would cause me to jump a few places in the queue but nope. I asked for a refund and was promptly hung up on after my name was confirmed. I called back to ask for a manager, and the manager was the person who hung up on me after 1) delivering my food to the wrong place, 2) not informing me of this, 3) not even apologizing for this happening in the first place, and 4) hanging up on me because I wanted a refund after waiting for food in the time it takes to watch Titanic. I have worked in customer service and know it can be stressful, especially during high volume times but to not even get an apology is ridiculous. We used to order here all the time and never again.
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had, food was left outside for animals to eat and waited over two hours before figuring it out. Called 3 times between then and nobody on the phone had any idea where the order was. Couldn’t possibly be more dissatisfied with my first experience with Luna.
