Extremely fresh seafood at VERY reasonable price. If you are a seafood lover do visit here. Crabs are delicious and be sure to visit during the crab season which starts from November. You can eat the crabs there and can purchase one from about 1000 yen depending on the size and up to about 3000 yen. The shops will give you scissors, wet towel and container for the crabs. You can also eat oysters and grilled other seafood too!

There is a nice park for kids to play. The area has a nice board walk along the sea of Japan. Lots of sculptures can be seen here. You can see a nice view of the area from a small observatory close to the windmill. There is a boat musuem for a few yen. It is a romantic and family friendly road stop. There is also a fish store in the vacinity. You can try crabs here. Pick your stall and eat them fresh from a bucket. A 711, food trucks, restaurants and tourist information located in or around the building.
