Simply a wonderful place to stay. Great hosts, great hotel and the surrounding is simply beautiful. Added bonus for kids is the pool next-door and a great playground about 5 minutes walk away.

My daughter stayed in this hotel recently with a guide group. A big thanks to Peter and Alison and the rest of the team who where incredible ! They catered extremely well in regards to food (she’s vegetarian) , were friendly and welcoming and held great activities. The hotel is immaculate and the warm environment and atmosphere can’t be beaten. I can’t recommend staying here enough!
This is our second time to stay here, the first with children. Peter and Alison habe been great! We really enjoy our time here and will try to come back as soon as we can!
This is a great base for skiing or sightseeing. Peter and Alison will welcome you as if you have stayed many times before, which a lot of us have. The hotel clean and tidy, the food is.....well all the plates were empty from our table tonight and generally is ideally placed to be a gateway to the slopes. They will also help you with ski hire, lift passes or anything else you might need. This is the third time we have stayed as a family, I don't believe that we have stayed three times anywhere else in the world. We shall stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The atmosphere is really nice with a great blend of organised activities within the hotel if you want it, from apres ski cakes and quizzes everyday to organised evening walks. The food is lovely and it's perfectly situated for access to ski lifts. Peter and Alison give all the help and information you need.
Lovely setting run by great people who took great care in making sure our stay was special.
Located in Itter, it's an idea location for skiing, with very friendly and helpful hosts in Alison and Pete. There are family rooms available, and a beautiful relaxation suite, which includes a sauna.
