It’s a beautiful theatre (inside) and has great actors but unfortunately enough plays were made just by the reason of performance and visualization so plots have issues with systematization of scenes’ filling and relevance of showed events. My favorite play there that I have seen is ‘Dear Pamela’. You should visit it!)

My best theater in Kyiv! All actors are very talents! If you didn't find tickets for spectacles, you could visit theater before start and ask about canceled tickets. Sometimes it work.
We visited this historic building of the drama theater for the concert of the classical music. Acoustics the are quite good, but the seats could be more comfortable. Also, there is a lack of clear signage - we had difficulties finding the bar during entr'acte :)
One of the best theatres in Ukraine. Mostly there are perfomances for adults but also there are some performances for kids. A lot of famous Ukrainian actors play here. The language is Ukrainian, no plays in English. There is also a buffet, coffe, tee and cakes are available. Prices are higher then should be for such service , I recommend to visit another cafes outside theatre after performance.
Gorgeous venue for classical theater with the occasional surprise of some contemporary writing. Matinees for kids surprisingly good. Central Kyiv, good local pubs for after the show.

Accessibility to disabled people: When planning to visit this theater, people with special needs or their attendants must warn staff in advance. You can approach the theater without any problems, but in order to get inside, you need to open both openings of the front door. Of course, it’s best to go with a companion to the play, as there are enough steps in the theater. In the hall, places for people with special needs are provided in the stalls near the first row. There is no special restroom: it will be necessary to take the stroller down the stairs.
