I thought they were great. Calm, knowledgeable, funny, serious, experienced, respected. I don’t usually post reviews, but I called them for advice today after my file has been closed for five years and they gave it to me. They helped me with a current problem. For nothing. Amazing. When we filed years ago, I got MS in the middle of it all and they were patient and kind. Nancy even sent me helpful information on guide dogs for people with MS. I have referred a little t of happy people to this firm and I will continue to do so. I hope you never have to experience the kind of money problems we had, but if you do you’ll find help at this law firm.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I decided to go with these people. They are quick to collect your money and then you don’t hear from them again. They don’t return phone calls or emails. They give you no guidance or advice. It’s unfortunate that these people take advantage of other peoples misfortunes and hardship, what a shame. Worst experience.

You would never expect to walk into a lawyer's office to file bankruptcy and a year later have a check for 250,000 payable to YOU and all a lot of your debts forgiven, would you? Well, that's exactly what happened to me when I went in and talked to Ivan and Nancy about bankruptcy. My creditors were calling me on my cell phone several times a day and, as it turns out, they can't do that so we sued them. We still have other lawsuits pending. Ivan is a top notch attorney. He was the third one I visited and he was the ONLY one to recommend going the route we went. Amazing. I highly recommend this law firm.

BEWARE of this attorney. After looking at my financials in depth, Ivan and his wife Nancy assured me that I qualified for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had told them that I wasn't at all interested in Chapter 13. I gave him a 500 deposit. Very soon after he told me that I didn't qualify for Chapter 7 and should file chapter 13, which costs thousands more in attorney fees and other fees. I told him I wasn't interested. I was annoyed and shocked at this shady behavior to get my money. I asked him to please return my 500, as he hadn't done any legal work for me. He REFUSED to return my 500.

Sold wife on a quick chapter 7. Very slow to review work properly and then asked for things already provided. Tons of excuses using family and software issues. Difficult to contact once paid. After months and full payment (1800.00) now says wife isnt eligible. He refuses to refund any of the money and we still have not been able to get the file back. This sweet old couple are not competant and not so sweet once they are paid. Please do yourself a favor and avoid him. There are a ton of more reputable services available.
