This firm was responsible for regularly inspecting our multi-dwelling property and reporting on its compliance with safety codes etc over a four year period. Their workers didn't inspect the building, we had multiple issues with system failures and breakages which were undetected, and eventually the building received a notice from council about non-compliance - which cost the owners thousands of dollars. AESG sent a bruiser rep to a meeting and he denied everything, and really made no sense when faced with multiple sources of evidence of their failure to do the work for over four years (including dated photos of undetected issues, and invoices for repairs of failures that they never noted because they never inspected). They are one of those companies who make a great deal of money out of the content-free 'compliance' industry - need I say more? Oh, when threatened with legal action, they did offer to settle - which is telling...
