Aged Care Specialists Vic sat with us and listened as we outlined our step-father’s situation and discussed our concerns that we wanted to best set up his financial position to protect his assets/wealth, maximise his pension and minimise stress, at a difficult time. From the moment I called to make an appointment for financial advise I knew and felt that this was the right place for advise. I spoke to customer service and without any fuss I was asked a few questions and they made the appointment for me to speak to Claudia the Financial Adviser. Within 5-10 minutes I received an Email confirming the appointment on ZOOM, very professional I must say. On the day the call was on time, and upon meeting Claudia not only was her advise spot on, she was pleasant,friendly and listened to what you had to say, very respectful as a person and of your needs. We had a hour long call and in that time I explained what my mothers situation was. She immediately identified our requirements and proceeded to explain in detail and accuracy what was needed for the best result for my mother and her well being. Her knowledge and quick thinking was calming and reassuring, because it is nightmare dealing with Aged Care Facilities and finances. A follow up call was easy, filling in paper work was a breeze, and Claudia explained everything again just to confirm that I understood the process perfectly.She is a absolute angel,Thank you again. And just to top it off,she worked out and predicted actual figures to the cent.I was so impressed,she saved my mother so much money.
