The atmosphere was really pleasant and the food was so delicious: piping hot, great flavors, and a spicy kick. It's a bit pricey, but worth it for a low-key date night or a night out with friends.

Our regular local spot to get Thai takeaway from. Phones were always answered promptly, and pickups are super quick. And the food! Well, we wouldn't be regulars if they weren't so consistently good with the food. Dining in was also always a pleasant experience. Tables were quite spaced out (even before Covid) so you can actually have quality conversation either intimate or when you have some mates over.

I ordered from this restaurant, and there was a problem with the order, and in attempting to correct the problem, the restaurant's communication with me was very poor and unclear. The person I spoke to at Bussaracum Thai treated me as if I were rather very unimportant to them, and literally said to me "Well, too bad". I know that everyone in Melbourne is a bit stressed out right now because of ongoing COVID-19 lockdown, but a little grace and positive customer service would go a long way.

We got take away food from them, the pad thai was extremely sweet and extremely oily and the green papaya salad was so fishy with seafood bits in it. The worst thai experience I had in Melbourne unfortunately!

The young woman who served us was attentive and polite. The food was excellent and good serving size. A little pricey but in the whole, it was good.

Except for the food quality and portions, one of the worst place to dine. The lady at the reception doesn't know how to greet or response to the guests greetings. Came to take the order after 20 mins or so. Asked for suggestions as we were relatively new to the cuisine we were given a cold look. Asked for the take away were handed over the take away containers to fill in. Never once the she smiled or responded to thank you. Worst hospitality. Should really invest in people who are warm and welcoming.
