If you are on the hunt for a carpet cleaning place that will rob you blind... well this is the place for you! What you should expect from you experience is... little to no communication, an incorrect initial quote, no further price discussion and then a an enormous bill at the end. How great is that!? Oh and one more thing, don't waste your time asking them to call you back, to discuss any issues because that will NEVER happen. Time and time after again, I was promised they would return my phone call and follow up on the overcharged payment, but it continued to be me following up. I was originally quoted 100-150 for a couch clean and when the job was finished I was charged the incredible fee of 550. I hear someone in the back asking worth it, and my answer definitely not! The job took less than 1hr and they used water from my sink tap. So not only was I out of pocket more than half a thousand dollars, I also need to pay for the water they used. Scam well done !
