I called up to cancel an item and change the order within an hour of placing it. However when picking up the item it had not been changed and I was forced to wait longer for the actual item I wanted to be made. I was told my product would be 34 only to get to the store once it was ready to find out it was actually 55. I was also forced to buy the incorrect item even though I did not want it. I ended up having to spend 80 for what I was told would be 34. The final product was once again incorrect, as the employee decided to guess what size would suit the job better than the specific size I had actually asked for (the new size was not better for the job). Thank you Ben for your service but I will not be returning.
