Terrible experience with this agency. Had rented a property through them for 3 years and always had dodgy experiences starting from the day I moved in. Was promised new carpet at the beginning and walked into the old one. Not when I left the property, they are trying to claim general wear amd tear as damage. Try to avoid this agency as I've rented through several agencies never had this problem with anyone!
