Had an inspection booked for a property and the real estate agent never showed up. After multiple calls to the office the agent called back and said he didn't have the keys for the property and was very unapologetic. Would not recommend.
I can't praise Michelle Portelli and Nick Smith from Nelson Alexander enough for their great work throughout our house sale campaign. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, where Michelle and Nick kept us informed every step of the way, provided great advice (from their years of experience no doubt!), and prepared us for each milestone as we progressed. Due to their attention to detail, and going above and beyond, we achieved a result beyond our expectations. Very happy! They present as a relaxed and super approachable duo, underpinned with professionalism and honesty which is a refreshing and rare combination to come across in the real estate industry. Our only sadness is that we probably won’t be selling a property again for a very long time and thus won’t get to work with them closely again!
