Extremely professional staff at Ivanhoe OPSM. The Optometrist, Joe, was very thorough - the best consultation I've ever had. And Nadine, the store manager, was totally thorough and spent a lot of time measuring so the glasses would be perfect. It was without doubt the most comprehensive eye test and glasses fitting I've even had. I felt thoroughly confident my glasses would be exactly what I needed.....and they are. I'm very happy.

I really enjoyed my whole experience at Ivanhoe opsm. William was a very honest practitioner who gave me a very comfortable and honest experience. I am very glad after 5 years I visited an optometrist and William's demeanour and approach made me feel at ease far different from my last one's visit; being very very poor. Hence, giving me the apprehension from seeing another optometrist. Thank you for your friendly and honest ways. I will be recommending this place for my friends and family.

Very happy with service here. They really wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the lenses. The multi focal part of the lense was a little low and they corrected it quickly and happily. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks.
