Great experience buying my new desktop. Shane talked through my needs and built up a new desktop for me. My new PC runs like a charm and is super quick. Pricing was very reasonable, and much better than the big names. Plus I have the advantage of a local "go to guy" if I have any issues down the track. Highly recommended.

My laptop screen suddenly lost it's brightness which resulted in a black screen and my keyboard needed replacing due to a broken key. I needed the work carried out urgently. Shane replaced both my LED screen and keyboard within 5 hours of me dropping it off. Amazing service and reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending Promedia Tek.
