Lauren is very in touch with how to treat and massage. I try to get in as often as possible. Lovely professional manor also. I’m a cyclist and have had multiple different masseurs over the years and Lauren is up there with the best of them.
Lauren is fantastic. Great clean fresh looking rooms, very warm and modern. Had a great day spa feel to it. Plenty of free parking and easy to find. I have been having issues with my shoulder and neck with a new baby and Lauren helped with a Remedial Massage to release the pain, she also suggested some further tips to help in the future. Will definitely be back. Thanks!
