Whoever seems to work there are snails.. I made a request for something to be fixed and I'ved followed up almost 6 times and its taken them 4 months to get a quote. This is what you call rubbish service from people who just don't seem to have any care in the world. They need to learn how to actually manage a property. Absolute pathetic service. They do not seem to care AT all.

The very worst company. I have challenged my service charge for the last 18 months and I keep being told the owner is “ill” and will get back to me shortly. This shortly has been 18 months long. Never respond to email, never actually provide the service being charged for. Very expensive for a bunch of useless vegetables. No cleaner, it has taken 2 years and still waiting for repairs to carpet and communal walls. Damaged doors, fencing, and their idea of gardening is picking up some leaves and charging for 3 hours!

Absolutely agree with the first reviewer. Some of the staff try to help, but are hindered by the owner, who is only interested in collecting managment fees and any other extra fees he can add on while making false promises and doing as little as possible to help his clients. Worst Management Company ever!
Extremely unhelpful, always looking to be offended so that they can cut you off and ignore your queries. Everything seems to be too much effort and you feel they think they are doing you a favour just by answering the phone in their usually offhand, surly manner. Definitely won't win any customer satisfaction contests. Worse than useless.
Terrible company, very poor service. They did also make out that I was being offensive to them so they wouldn't deal with my issue. I wouldn't deal with them ever again.
