Nice little store- the staff make it better though andnwouldnt use it if it weren’t for them. They are often short staffed though which is not their fault which can cause an unnecessary long queue which is frustrating to say the least.

Never answer the phone. Often miss deliveries. No removal of fees unless you go in and ask for them to do so when they do. No direct debit facility for payments. They stop papers even when you normally pay to be in credit balance of over 100 when this runs out. No phone calls just brown mini envelopes hidden in papers that I don't often read. Need to be a lot better.
