As a first time storage renter I was a bit nervous. I had the appointment booked for Saturday but something came up and had to get the unit a day prior. Tamara was kind and accommodating. She showed us the unit (clean and reasonably priced) and explained everything to us. I am pleased with the service.

The facility has many options available to choose from and the woman at the desk, Tamara was really nice and helpful. She took us in a gold kart to check out a few units. She was able to answer all of our questions and help us select what we needed.

First things first, I LOVE this place. I grew up in the nearby neighborhood over in Carmel since 2000 and I remember riding my bike past this place so many times, its a familiar and typically quiet spot . There (was) is a huge church back there somewhere and have made the place nice, I'm glad to see local business like this one survive and THRIVE. Since then, I have utilized their services on multiple occasions with great pleasure and ease every time. I admit I've run into some crazy living situations that sadly left me out in the cold, but these nice folks have saved more more than once. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY \u003c3
