I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I have been going to Jeff and his team for years and they do absolutely incredible work. I still take my car to him even after moving to RI a few years ago. They are master mechanics - every repair they have done to my car (which has been many), has been done right the first time. Every time. They even had to rebuild my engine cylinders a few years back and the check engine light didn’t kick for another 3 years after that (and even then it was only a spark plug issue). Which on a 13 year old Subaru with 175K miles on it is saying something. My car purrs like a kitten every time I leave their shop and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve had to take it to a dealership once or twice for immediate repairs and they do not measure up to Jeff’s team. The dealership would give wishy-washy answers on things, that Jeff would then be able to diagnose in a heartbeat. They will also tell you if certain repairs can wait and won’t do any unnecessary work. Keep in mind they are a small shop and are well known in the area so you may have to wait a week for an appointment - but trust me it’s worth the wait.

You want a family owned shop that's going to treat you right? This is it! Prices are fair, the work is exceptional and you know you will be treated right. They don't cut corners and you don't feel as if they are pulling a fast one on you. When I leave there I know my vehicle was fixed right the first time.
