Good mix of discussion, movement and example stretches/exercises. The follow up exercises on the app work brilliantly. Session worked surprisingly well online and feel like I have a well tailored program to work on

I've had the misfortune to need to see a lot of physiotherapists in my life, and I've had the good fortune to have only seen very good ones, but I feel most fortunate to have found Mike Ashton, as he is just the very best, amongst excellent company. Since first seeing Mike, almost 3 years ago, he's treated me for a long term chronic back condition, and a whole bunch of new sporting injuries, and he keeps me bouncing back, so I can go and injure myself all over again! The first few consultations were quite hilarious, as I found out I'd been standing incorrectly, walking incorrectly, and even breathing incorrectly for all these years! His Spinal rehabilitation expertise was key for me, and along with Mike's tailored 'Clinical Yoga for Back Pain' course, he prescribed a personalised regime, which has been hugely successful for me.- His holistic approach has been phenomenal, and I'm very appreciate of the time, care, depth of knowledge and excellent rehabilitation programmes he provides. Mike's all encompassing expertise had got me back to a sporting ability that exceeds the level I was 10 years ago before a spinal injury. I recommend Mike to all my local friends who have problems, many of whom have used him, and they all speak very highly of him and the efficacy of his methodology. I feel very lucky to have discovered Mike.

I was impressed with my physio appointment, having been lucky enough to be offered one at short notice due to another patient cancelling hers. Mike is thorough and clearly knows his subject. He is friendly and approachable and explains and demonstrates the recommended exercises well. I received a tailor made video afterwards to remind me of those exercises.
