Shocking company, I'm being generous with one star. One of the poorest customer care teams you could deal with. If you like plenty of troubles and lots of time off work for even worse results, then these are the guys for you.

Tired of sending emails back and forward. Taking time off and the issue is still not resolved. Nearly two years on and still having to take time off.. basically your buying a shell and everything inside will need replacing at some point...
Really liking the feel of these Barratt Homes, I have been in a few recently, both occupied and show homes and visited this site to view the show home models they have here. The sales woman was exceptionally friendly and informed us that she was in the process of buying on the site herself, which we took to be a fantastic endorsement. Unlike some new builds which can feel flimsy, these feel substantial, but aware that the cost of getting a finish close to that of the show homes would be exorbitantly expensive....not that that's putting me off!
