Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Outside containers are accessible 24hrs and they are happy to receive crates and parcels on my behalf. Well worth the monthly cost.

I can't comment on the prices for all their storage facilities, (they have a range from smaller crates to massive containers) but I can say the smaller ones inside are a great value for money it was a lot cheaper than I expected. The staff that I had the pleasure of meeting were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing temporary or long term storage.

Staff very friendly and helpful at first but been having billing trouble ever since. It states on their website that I would get 1 month free storage as I was recommended by a friend and this was confirmed before moving stuff in. The manager said this would have to be sorted later and I would need to remind them. I called up when he told me to and they said I would have to wait another month. That month passed and I still haven't received my 'free' month as agreed. Furthermore, I was asked to setup my direct debit again as it 'wasn't working'. Turns out they just wanted to increase my monthly payments from what was originally agreed. Complete crooks. I don't like to leave negative reviews but thought this one is thoroughly deserved for their dishonesty and slyness.
