Poor service at best Just popped into the store for a few bits and though the family could have lunch in the cafe. Ordered a panini, jacket potatoe and ham egg and chips, nothing difficult to cook. After half an hour the panini arrived and then another 15 laters the rest. 45 minutes to serve ham egg and chips I suggest to the manger they need more staff. Almost asked for a refund
