Always friendly and professional service. Great prices and very well informed. If you're planning on living in Iwakuni-shi please check them out for your used car and rental needs.
Horrible service, really shady. We went here first because we heard they were willing to work with English speakers, but they were complete crooks. They treated us like an annoyance, never followed up when they said they would, and quoted us prices that were hundreds of dollars above anywhere else we looked, for lower quality cars! Avoid at all costs, they were awful.
KAZ has always given us great support for auto service and has always supported our customers who needed it. Really glad there are still folks like this to work through...
