Amazing service. We came with two young children (toddler and newborn) and everything was made as easy as possible for us despite us not requesting anything. The food was of the quality where you would pay 10,000 yen in Tokyo. The staff were fantastic (and genuine). I don’t usually recommend places, but this place has a 5* from me. Oh, and the rooms are lovely.

My family had a great time spending an overnight stay at Maple Lodge. The place looked so serene and peaceful in Winter.
I've only been to the onsen, and I must say, it is so beautifully designed. The hot spring is nestled in the mountains of Iwamizawa area, and it's definitely worth a visit. I can't wait to try out the hotel because it looks phenomenal. The menu looked pretty tempting. I'll be back!

館内のすべてが清潔。お料理もとてもお上品かつ美味しい。スタッフの対応も丁寧。洗面所にペーパータオルがあるともっといいと思いました。
岩見沢の隠れ家的リゾート施設。 通常の部屋の他にログハウスのシルバーパインはぜひお勧め。高いですが…一度は行った方がいいよ。
まっいい温泉でしたよ。日帰り温泉800円取るだけあってソープ類も悪くない。内湯も露天風呂も気持ち良い。外に渡り廊下の向こうに露天風呂、水風呂、サウナがあって、燃えてるところに水かけたらブッシャーって熱い蒸気なのがフィンランド？まあ気持ちいいさ。ただいかんせん人気がキャパを上回ってるのねー。渡り廊下（外）でサウナの順番待ちしてる客いるし、洗い場６ヶ所はいかにも少ない。日曜日に行くのはおすすめしないかな。それでもいいという方は是非どうぞ!
