Had glasses repaired here. They took great trouble to order the right parts and get them on time, which was not easy, and advised me properly and honestly on what would be the most cost-effective solution. Great service.

Bad costumer service and unprofessional! Took vintage watch to have crown attached. Was rushed into sending the watch in for specialists to give quote and was told I would by the end of the week. Never got a quote and only got the watch back 2 months later dial and case badly attached after being opened without any permission. Take your watch somewhere else. They have reputation but I don't know what for...

Disappointing experience. This morning I entered the shop with the intention to buy earrings for my mother’s birthday. Well prepared, I showed the shop assistant a photo of earrings I liked and that I had found in the most recent catalogue from the most recent Cosnys collection. The earrings were not available. Only because I insisted, the shop assistant reluctantly phoned two other Cosnys shops in BXL. However, none of them had was I was looking for and none of them proposed to order the article for me. When I asked the shop assistant for alternatives, she invited me to look at the shop window from the outside. She couldn’t care less and did not even ask the amount of money I was willing to spend. Thus, after two minutes I found myself out of the shop. By the way, I was the only client around ... Needless to mention that I will not enter Cosnys another time.

They refuse to serve customers wanting to buy golden wedding bands because, during Christmas holidays, they only want to sell products with higher margins. This while their store was empty! I thought he was joking but was stunned when he said he was serious. Never experienced such disrespect for customers. Would have given zero stars if 1 star wasn’t the minimum.

An extremely bad service. They are unable to keep any deadline, which they give. My order was postponed more than once, and in the end came broken. Very disappointing.

Professionele en vriendelijke service! Ook al had ik mijn horloge niet bij hen gekocht hebben ze mij toch een uitstekende na-service gegeven (in tegenstelling tot de winkel waar ik mijn horloge wél had gekocht). Ik zal dus geen twee keer meer twijfelen om vanaf nu bij hen te kopen.
