I bought a Sharp fridge. Very nice, only it stopped working after only a couple of months and I am still trying to get it replaced! It is taking VERY long. Jury is still out.

Do not buy anything from this shop! I bought a dryer there - I ordered one brand which was on discount (Wirlpool) and specifically highlighted that I am interested ONLY in that brand. The shop owner (a blond lady) assured me that she will order that brand and in the invoice she put some kind of code. I asked her to put the full name but she said that it is all the same. Since she was very nice (like a real witch - remember Cinderella and the witch with the apple!) I fell in the trap. I got completely different brand and when I went to argue that there was a mistake in the delivery she said that according to the invoice this was the brand I ordered and they never had discounts on Wirlpool (although she showed me leaflet with it when she was persuading me to buy!). Later, when there was a problem with the machine I called to claim the guarantee - I had to call her more than 10 times in the course of 1.5 months and she everytime was telling me that she called the company and I should hear from them tomorrow. When I finally asked her to give me the phone number to call myself it turned out that the lady never called them - I got a technician the next day! Do not buy anything from this shop!
A fuir, pas du tout sympathique ni professionnel j'ai mis mon sèche linge chez eux et j'ai du attendre 3 mois. Le patron m'a gentillement accompagné à la porte limite en m'insultant ! Un scandale !!
Des prix très attractifs, un accueil très chaleureux de la part du vendeur et bon suivi de vos appareils achetés, je conseille vivement! Je n'hésiterai pas à retourner.
Service de livraison horrible et exécrable, si on peut appeler cela un service. Service après vente, inexistant. Pas de respect de la clientèle. Une fois pas deux. À fuir sans hésitation. Je le demande vraiment comment ils peuvent encore exister sur le marché.

Super content de la machine à laver qui m'a été conseillée. De plus, pour le gros électro, il y a rien à faire, je préfère vraiment acheter dans un magasin que sur internet. Et en fait, j'ai même payé moins cher dans ce magasin que chez les autres vendeurs internet que j'avais identifiés en faisant mes recherches.
CATASTROPHE ! J’ai été servi par un monsieur plus âgé qui m’a limite insulté me mettant dehors car je n’avais rien acheter chez lui ! À faire complètement et les prix sont fous !!!
