My review is relative to the service pick-up point of dpd. I was waiting a box and I have received a card saying that it was left in Stubbe. I went there and they guy already looking at my face said that he had nothing for me, not even checking my postal card. I was quite surprise, but I insisted and he checked and he could not find anything. Still with a smile in his face he told me to pass by the day after (I clearly told him that the postal card was in my mailbox since several days so normally the box is deposited the day after receiving this postal card) The day after I discover that my box was sent back to the sender because the pick-up point refused it. Now, please correct me, but I'm sure the guy knew that I was the owner of the box he refused. Thanks to him, my cat who was waiting his special food, will have to eat food that make him sick, waiting to receive a new order. Thanks a lot!
