Dumplings were nice but the soup was bad. No attention to detail /flavours. Would not be keen to eat here again. They really need to up their game. Been some time since I've been disappointed by a meal. Sorry to say. Edible but not enjoyable.

Popped in here for a quick bite to eat. The staff were extremely friendly & polite. The food was delicious - cooked to perfection! The flavours were out of this world and were served quickly by the attentive staff. My only regret is that I haven't been here sooner! This place is a must is you like Japanese food & great service.
Really nice place. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The actual food was some of the best I have had out of Japan. The beef bowl was delicious! Would recommend to anyone whose in or visiting Bristol. Reservation might be required during covid19.
Amazing!! We tried to get a table last night but was very very busy so we came at an earlier time today to avoid the rush and we quickly saw why it's so popular! Very worth the wait and satisfied all sushi cravings!! Incredible iced tea (raspberry one was literally the best ice tea I've ever had) and scrummy sushi - I recommend inari nigiri and pumpkin croquettes for veggie options, very very yum
Amazing place with some seriously good Japanese food! We've booked a table for evening night out with friends. Super friendly and very accommodating staff. We liked the atmosphere and the food was great. I had Takoyaki (loved it) and eel rice, a friend who is vegan enjoyed his vegan bento set and they even provided some gluten-free noodles for my boyfriend's ramen even though it was not on the menu which we really appreciate! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks Izakaya! :)
