Handmade noodles. Nice staff, and great food. Put vinegar in the soup to release the flavour.
Not great. The food was decent. The service however, was awful: food took forever to come out and the cook lady was very rude to the waitress
Disappointing ramen - tough, dry meat and basic broth. No garnish except a couple of chunks of carrot. 1 extra star for the price, but otherwise not good.
The biggest problem is that the waitress doesn't speak English or Spanish, so you better know Japanese or Chinese if you want to be sure to eat the right things.
Cheap interesting opportunity to try an izakaya in Valencia. It's not a must, but it's a nice Bar
