Quiet and Quaint with nice views Stay and eat at the restaurant in the hotel or take a 5 minute walk down the road for another restaurant or drive into town which is also 5 minutes away. Staff is very friendly and helpful Not sure how busy this place is during the summer but we were here in November which was very quiet and the trees were changing colors making for some very nice fall scenery

Only rating the restaurant. We maybe didn't order the right thing, but the burgers were awful, especially the chicken which I'm not sure we're chicken. Considering they had a BBQ going they need to ditch the frozen processed meat and take advantage of the fresh local produce. The asparagus gazpacho was chilled garlic butter and un-eatable. What really did it was the slow and grumpy service (maybe they are understaffed), and the 10% tip automatically added to the bill. Scenery was nice though hence the 2 star at best.

In giving this a 4 star because i do know the waiters etc and the people are so lovely but also in reality i have to say the night i went i would say 3 star on dining experience. We were on the terrace and sadly meals came out cold and and table wasnt even cleared before having the bill and leaving.slow slow service and this is due to lack of staff on shift. So the overview of the outside terrace is exceptional but the service on my visit was not good. I have lived in the area for 14 years and im being open and honest staff are lovely just lacking enough staff to do the job. On the night i had there i would not return in a hurry so hotel if you up your staffing numbers you will get it right. You have the ambience and the location just got to up that service levels. Thank you

Wonderful hotel with a great location overlooking the lake. Helpful staff under the direction of Jorge that will make every effort to make your stay as enjoyable as can be. Highly recommended.
