Very comfortable, clean, easy to check-in and check-out and super convenient on a longer layover but the real gem here is the staff. Incredibly gentle, friendly and helpful, what a great way of starting a trip with welcoming people like Sebastian and Miguel ️

I was stuck at the airport unexpectedly after missing a connecting flight. Found this place and it was exactly what I needed! Clean, comfortable, quiet and the price is great. At the desk Sebastian helped me figure out the problems I had with my disruptions in travel and even translated for me to my car rental agency. Really great place and the people like Sebastian that work there are extremely pleasant and helpful
Really enjoyed my stay here. I was a bit skeptical at first but enjoyed it. The facilities were clean and easy to use and staff was friendly. I wouldn't stay here long-term, but for the night it was absolutely perfect. It was a great first time pod experience.
Interesting option if you have a longer layover in Mexico City. Mine was 12 hours and arriving at 10pm, the Izzzleep was a perfection option to be horizontal and get some rest. The staff was polite and helpful. When I awoke, I was able to shower and clean up and get ready for my flight easily. They provide a blanket (thin... but it works) some socks, a bottle of water, ear plugs and a clean towel. I would definitely stay here again if the circumstances were similar and I would recommend to anyone needing some rest in between long layovers.
It is very good idea. The cabin there a futuristic design and the was good and place is clean. The bath could be better but it is ok. I guess when a person is noisy you in the cabin by your side you can have problem with your rest.
Good place to stay if you have an overnight layover, or a few hours and are travelling alone. Inexpensive, good showers with shampoo & gel. Facility is very clean, staff helpful & friendly. Is located in T1 & T2, just steps away from Arrivals area.Not recommended for claustrophobes.
Finding this place will be bit difficult. Go to Gate 4 in the ground level. Ride side to gate 4, there is an exit for Bus pick-up. Go out through that exit and just right to the exit you can see a name board saying IzZzleep and pointing arrow to the steps. You will be there. Great place to take rest and relax during long layover. Staffs are friendly and polite.
It was a crazy experience but really good! The attention is great, the capsule is really comfortable and the bathrooms and shower are really good too. The only bad thing is that they only have stairs so if you are carrying heavy luggage, it can be really annoyed.
