Now the thing that sets JB&BLeach above the rest is not only the capability of the Head Manager Danielle Whitby but also her supporting staff Emma, Heather & team. I was very thorough and mystery shopped the other potentials and did not like what I found. Promising young, dynamic sales staff with all the IT sales video promotions but when I mystery shopped they were happily eating their lunch and ignoring me. Not so at JB&B Leach. Fully professional. Once I had engaged their services they guided me to an above expected sale fo plus 21k. superb service. Completely recommrnd. I live in Switzerland so have no local bias. all the best for your journey
Cancelled viewing 1 hour before scheduled time (I took time off work for this viewing). Informed me property had already sold, when I was informed at time of booking the viewing that this was the first time to view the property in question. Appears underhanded activity is taking place!! This isn’t the first time something has happened like this with this estate agents. I wouldn’t not use these In future even if I liked the property.
Helpful and friendly staff. We were let down by sellers on our first attempt at buying a property. Staff at JB&B leach were quick to try and find us another property that was suitable for what we were looking for and we found another one with a couple of days. A very successful first time purchase of a property 5 weeks after our offer was accepted.
We recently purchased a property that was for sale with J B & B Leach and the service we received was excellent. They kept us informed at every stage. We were that impressed that when it was time to sell our house there was only one estate agent that we were going to use. I recommended them to one of our neighbours whose house had been up for sale for sometime with another agent and she has switched agent. All the staff are friendly, helpful and informative, very professional run Company.
