Terrible service, been waiting for our appointment since October, supposed to arrive this morning at 9.30am, didn't arrive, promised the surveyor was on his way but running half an hour late... After 2 hours I called and was told he was no longer coming... Couldn't be bothered, obviously had no intention of ever coming. Now been offered the next available appointment in February 2021. What an unprofessional company treating customers this way after waiting months... Such a shame they have the monopoly in the area for the government's green home scheme as they clearly do not deserve it!

Matt came out as the water cylinder was leaking and needed a part. This was a follow up visit but Covid intervened. Matt had to drain the cylinder but spent most of the time ringing Westalls to find out what he was meant to be doing he appeared to have no idea what the work entailed. He drained the water cylinder and the actual job took 20 minutes I was charged for four hours work at 55 per hour and I got a bill for nearly 400. I managed to get it reduced by approximately 75. I felt that Steve should have talked this all through with me when I initially complained about the bill but I was told that We stalls were very busy and that he could not talk to me. A pity.

Had them out twice for different issues. Both were great, Matt the first time but particularly impressed the second time (Paul). Main shutoff to the house failed, so following consulting with us, changed it live with almost no mess. Did the original job and the main shutoff in under an hour and a half. Happy with the service, happy with the availability, happy with the price. Cheaper than the majority of plumbers / electricians we've had

Brilliant service from JP Westall. Called at 7:30am about a leaking valve causing water to run down through the kitchen ceiling; 3hrs later it was being sorted out. Highly recommended.
