Clay was fantastic to work with through the process of building our home!! We would highly recommend Clay and J Thomas Homes to anyone looking to build (and already have sent several people to talk with him). Clay was attentive and understanding of the things that were important to us in our home. He found a way to help us include each upgrade we were looking for and stay as close to our budget as possible. Since moving in, he and others with J Thomas have been very responsive to additional needs or questions we may have. And we are thrilled with the home! Great quality and affordable for us. Very highly recommend!!

J Thomas Builders was amazing to work with through the home building process. Quinn was very accommodating, professional, and courteous. Would recommend both J Thomas and Quinn without reservations!
I would never buy or recommend a home from these guys. As soon as they received their money, all effort to finish up their work stopped! Now they will not reach out to schedule the pending work. I have to keep calling and calling to get them to follow through and when they do show up it is poor quality, they forget to finish, and they mess up on the work. On my next hole I will look for a builder that appreciates their customers before AND after they get their check. They have absolutely no business integrity!
Bought one of their townhomes and quickly discovered that they took some shortcuts when installing the original duct work. 3 air conditioning repairmen later I was given the unfortunate news that there was not nearly enough air vents to adequately cool my house. My electric bill is astronomical in the summer because the entire upstairs doesn't cool down. Finally gave up and had to buy portable air conditioning units for each room. My house is only 3 years old...
Working with Quinn and the team was great. If I had questions he would always answer. Quinn explained different products like materials depending on my lifestyle and what I was trying to achieve. He wasn't pushy on determining what things I would customize during the building process. They made my first home purchase very enjoyable.
We have loved our experience with J Thomas Hones! They have been professional, helpful with any questions we had, and best of all they finished on time! We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the whole experience of buying it.
It took a bit longer than expected, but given the world situation, they completed their work and provided an excellent experience. High quality with meticulous attention to detail, they didn't overlook anything. Even for the final walkthrough, any questions or touch-ups were taken care of immediately! Thank you so much!

Update: Our home is completed and it's beautiful, J Thomas did an amazing job and we love it. Northstar is the right place for us, the mountain views and the nice neighbors are amazing! I would recommend J Thomas Homes to everyone, this isn't our first New build!
