Dr. J. Todd Smith along with his staff have provided some of the best surgical (pre & post operative) care for me. He was recommended around 2009 by Dr. Thomas Johnson and I have not regretted choosing him as my spine specialist for one second. I feel in my heart that had I met him before the first spine surgery that I may not have required more surgeries. He is thorough with his assessments & evaluations. He orders only what is medically necessary and appropriate for me (patient) to help me to function at my optimal level. I thank God for “my” team of professionals who care about the total patient outcome.

I was referred to Dr. Smith when I was injured at work several years ago. He saw me through two difficult surgeries over a period of six months. He was kind, professional, and did great work in both shoulders, and I have had no further problems with either shoulder. Recently I tore the tendons in my arm, and Dr. Smith worked me in for urgent surgery before a holiday, so I would’t have to wait several days. He has been very good to me, and I highly recommend him as a surgeon and physician. His office staff is also caring, efficient and easy to contact.
