Very pleased with the whole process! Initial quote, calling me to book, completion of the repair in the same day. We needed a heat duct run to an addition and they were able to come less than had hoped for. Thanks for the great service, Christina I highly recommend this company.

We had a large amount of work done last week. House is 25 years old so needed a new furnace, new hot water tank, and had to replace all plumbing due to it being “poly b”. We got 3 quotes. Rob at J Wright was the lowest quote by about 20%. This was a significant amount for a job this large. J Wright scheduled it for 3 days. Showed up on time. Finished on time. Great work. All done for the quoted price with no up charges. I highly recommend this honest and professional plumbing and heating company!

Super frustrated with J Wright in Kelowna. Paid the initial 95 fee for an assessment of our super old gas fireplace and got crossed wires somewhere along the way because I agreed to a cost of 200-250 (incl labour) to fix and they billed me another 558 on top of the 95tax without warning or clearing it with me. Absolutely ridiculous. We would never have gotten this fixed if we had been quoted properly. Make sure you get your full quote in writing and sign off on it before letting them into your house!
